  • "How Many Hours Will I Need?"
    It really depends upon the number of rooms you have and the depth of cleaning and other tasks you may want carrying out. This will be discussed during the initial consultation with your account manager but at the end of the day, the choice is yours.
  • "How Much Will It Cost Me?"
    Our pricing is simple and great value for money. Your account manager will provide you with the cleaner’s hourly rate, which will be competitive and reflect the premium level of service you will receive. In addition, the account manager will confirm the membership subscription which is payable monthly or quarterly. The total payable upon each visit will depend upon how many hours you agree are necessary, based on the number of rooms.
  • "Is There A Contract?"
    All we ask is that you hire our service for a minimum of 3 months, which will give you time to ensure that you are happy to continue with our service thereafter on a rolling basis. If you do ever need to cancel, all we ask is that you give us one month's notice. We don't believe in long and complicated contracts and do believe in being fair.
  • "How Do You Vet The Cleaners?"
    Very carefully! Every single one of the self-employed cleaners is interviewed and vetted for suitability. We conduct an in-depth interview and assess whether the cleaner will pass our stringent 'would we let this person clean our own home' test. At this stage we would also conduct all relevant ID checks. We look for the right attitude and personality in the person to whom we will trust to care and clean your home. All the area managers have purchased their cleaning business from Kleenable and operate the Kleenable brand under licence. This means they have a vested interest in providing you with the best service possible. It also means they can provide a local service with national support.
  • "Do I Meet The Cleaner First?"
    Yes. They will arrange to come along and meet you so that you can approve and discuss the cleaning tasks you require. Once you're satisfied, you can then mutually arrange a regular clean day and time.
  • "Can I Have A Cleaner On Evenings Or Weekends?"
    Yes, this can be arranged. Just discuss this with your cleaners during your initial consultation.
  • "Do I Need To Be At Home?"
    No, not at all. They are happy to securely hold a spare set of keys if you wish.
  • "Do I Supply Cleaning Materials And Equipment?"
    Our cleaners provide all the eco-friendly cleaning materials required. You just need to provide the required equipment - such as a vacuum cleaner.
  • "Do You Have Insurance?"
    Yes. All our cleaners are insured for a million pounds of public liability insurance.
  • "How Quickly Can A Cleaner Start?"
    Usually, your cleaner can start within a few days. Your cleaner will be able to confirm this at your initial consultation.
  • "Do You Also Provide A One-Off Cleaning Service?"
    No we don't. We believe we best serve households by focussing on regular cleaning sessions rather than be distracted by one-off ad-hoc cleans.
  • "Are There A Minimum Number Of Hours?"
    The minimum number of hours weekly is two.
  • "Do I Get The Same Cleaner Each Week?"
    Yes. You will get the same dedicated cleaner to do your weekly cleaning. That way you will know who is coming into your home each week and your cleaner will be able to work out a routine with you as to what you would like doing on each visit.
  • "What Tasks Will My Cleaner Normally Do?"
    Your cleaner will do all the usual vacuuming, dusting and polishing and will clean the bathrooms and kitchen. They will also clean inside windows if required and most other general household cleaning within your home at your request. They will also make beds, do ironing, run laundry or wash dishes too. By having your own dedicated cleaner you will be able to specify which jobs are done on a weekly basis and which jobs are done on a rotational basis. This way you will receive a service that is tailored to your specific needs.

  • "How Do I Book A Cleaner?"
    Booking a Kleenable cleaner is easy! After finding your local Kleenable branch, simply click on the "Book Now" button. You'll be guided through a simple process to select your preferred cleaning schedule, provide details about your home, and choose your cleaning tasks. Alternatively, you can call us to speak with a friendly member of our team who will assist you with the booking process.
  • "What If I'm Not Happy With The Cleaning?"
    Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with the cleaning, please contact your local Kleenable franchisee within 24 hours of the service. We'll work with you to address any concerns and ensure your home is sparkling clean. We offer a re-clean guarantee to ensure you're completely happy with our service.
  • "What About Holidays Or Cancellations?"
    We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning session, please provide as much notice as possible to your local Kleenable franchisee.
  • "What If My Cleaner Is Sick Or Unavailable?"
    In the event that your regular cleaner is unavailable, your local Kleenable franchisee will arrange a trusted and vetted replacement cleaner to ensure your cleaning schedule is maintained without disruption.   • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
