Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions:

  • "Kleenable," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Kleenable, the provider of cleaning services.

  • "Client," "you," or "your" refers to the individual or entity contracting for Kleenable's services.

  • "Service(s)" refers to the cleaning services provided by Kleenable.

  • "Cleaner" refers to the self-employed individual or team providing the services on behalf of Kleenable.

  • "Property" refers to the location where the Services are to be performed.

2. Service Agreement:

  • These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between Kleenable and the Client.

  • By engaging Kleenable's Services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding the Property and the required Services.

  • Any changes to the agreed-upon Services must be communicated and agreed upon with Kleenable in advance.

3. Booking and Payment:

  • Bookings are subject to availability.

  • The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees for the Services.

  • Payment is due as per the agreed schedule.

  • Late payment may result in a suspension of Services.

  • Kleenable reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

  • A minimum service period of 3 months is requested.

  • A monthly management service fee will be charged to the client.

4. Service Provision:

  • Kleenable will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill.

  • Cleaners will provide their own cleaning materials, unless otherwise agreed. The client is expected to provide required equipment such as a vacuum cleaner.

  • Kleenable is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or defects in the Property.

  • Kleenable will not be responsible for cleaning heavily soiled or damaged items that may be beyond the scope of normal cleaning procedures.

  • Kleenable cleaners have public liability insurance.

5. Client Responsibilities:

  • The Client agrees to provide a safe and accessible working environment for the Cleaner.

  • The Client is responsible for securing any valuables or sensitive items.

  • The Client must inform Kleenable of any specific cleaning requirements or concerns.

  • The client is expected to provide access to the property at the agreed upon time.

  • The client must provide notice of any pets that are present at the property.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • The Client must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

  • One month notice is required to cancel the service.

  • Kleenable reserves the right to cancel or reschedule Services due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Liability:

  • Kleenable's liability is limited to the cost of the Services provided.

  • Kleenable is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  • Kleenable is not liable for damage caused by faulty materials or equipment provided by the Client.

  • Kleenable is not liable for damage to items of sentimental value.

  • Kleenable is not liable for any damage that is not reported within 24 hours of the service being provided.

8. Insurance:

  • Kleenable maintains appropriate insurance coverage.

  • The Client is advised to have their own home insurance coverage in place.

9. Complaints:

  • Any complaints must be submitted to Kleenable in writing within 24 hours of the Service being provided.

  • Kleenable will investigate and attempt to resolve any complaints in a timely manner.

10. Data Protection:

  • Kleenable will comply with all applicable data protection laws.

  • Client information will be used solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

11. Force Majeure:

  • Kleenable is not liable for any failure or delay in performing the Services due to events beyond its reasonable control.

12. Governing Law:

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

13. Amendments:

  • Kleenable reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Any amendments will be communicated to the Client.

14. Entire Agreement:

  • These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Kleenable and the Client.
